He has successfully guided LOCAT3D through programs such as Arctic Accelerator, Scaleup IX, and The Ones 2 Follow, positioning the company as a leading startup in the industry.
Previously, he held the role of Marketing Manager for Renewable Energy at MOMEK Group, where he managed technical sales for large-scale hydropower projects, taking ownership of high-risk, high-reward projects. As the founder of Isoreflect Energy Products AS, he also led pioneering efforts in energy efficiency and sustainable building solutions, achieving rapid revenue growth.
With a Bachelor’s in Economics and Administration from BI Trondheim, he brings a well-rounded skill set in project management, technical sales, and financial reporting. His dynamic leadership and strategic vision are driving forces behind LOCAT3D’s mission to reshape manufacturing through innovation and sustainability.

He holds an Executive MBA with a specialization in leadership and has deep roots in the Oil & Gas sector, as well as in the renewable energy and LED industries. Having spent several years living and working in China, he successfully founded and led a company in the design, development, and production of LED technology, giving him extensive hands-on experience in international manufacturing and supply chain management.
His career began in the steel industry, and his diverse experience across sectors enables him to navigate complex operational challenges. He also has significant experience with startups and has conducted academic research at the master’s level on business adaptations and innovation capacity in the green transition. This combination of technical, managerial, and entrepreneurial experience makes him a key driver in LOCAT3D’s mission to innovate and scale globally.
